Set in the foothills of Andalusia's Ronda Mountains with outstanding views of the countryside to the sea, Montealmendros is a small peaceful complex of two and three bedroom hillside apartments, 15 kilometres from San Pedro de Alcantara. The 16 air-conditioned apartments have light, modern décor and open up to terraces, gardens, or balconies. All of the apartments have separate living areas, full kitchens, bathrooms and second shower rooms. Amenities include televisions, CD/DVD players, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines and fridge freezers. Guests are welcomed with a grocery hamper upon arrival (through December 31, 2007).
Guests can swim in the outdoor pool, or relax and sunbathe on the patio. Resort reps are contactable 24 hours a day and can offer information on the surrounding areas and organise excursions that include sightseeing tours of Granada, Seville and Gibraltar. Car hire is recommended for this property due to its location and parking at the property is free. Although the Montealmendros does not have its own restaurant there are many dining options in the surrounding area. Guests can drive to San Pedro de Alcantara and spend lazy days on the beach or explore the town centre, and 20 kilometres away the exclusive harbour town of Puerto Banus offers many boutiques, bars and restaurants. For a day trip, the breathtaking town of Ronda is 56 kilometres away. Malaga Airport (AGP) is 70 kilometres away, approximately 55 minutes by car.

Key Collection Instructions:

After leaving Malaga Airport, follow the exit road until reaching the first roundabout. Take the third exit off this roundabout, and turn right at the NIZA garage. Continue for approximately 200 metres to the EASY PARKING on the left-hand side. EASY PARKING is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Guests should collect their apartment or townhouse keys from EASY PARKING.
All guests will be required to sign an inventory form, show a valid passport and give credit card details. Should guests need to contact the resort on their outward journey they should call the OVP Travel Office.
Prior to travel guests should call the hotel to confirm flight details and to leave a mobile contact number.

Driving Directions

From Malaga airport, follow the signs for Algerciras/Cadiz.
Stay on this road until you see the sign for ALGERCIRAS/CADIZ A7 (used to be known as the N-340).
Take this exit and continue until you join onto the TOLL ROAD (Autopista) AP-7.
Stay on the toll road as it by passes Fuengirola, Callahonda and eventually leads you back onto the A7 (N- 340) at Marbella.
Continue on this road until it joins again to the second stage of the TOLL ROAD (Autopista) AP-7.
Stay on the TOLL ROAD until you see the sign for San Pedro, which is the second exit.
After the barrier, follow the road, which joins the Ronda road.
Continue to the roundabout and go right, coming back towards the way you came.
Follow the road up the hill, and turn left at Monte Almendros (sign will be on your left; a hotel entrance is on your right).
Follow the winding until you come to a "T" junction. Take the right road up the hill. The development on your left is Monte Almendros. The entrance is the next turn on your left.
