From Dresden Airport (DRS):
Distance to Waldhotel Weinboehla is 15 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there.
The airport has an underground railway station with shuttle trains to the city centre. The S-Bahn station is located on the terminal building's lower level. The fare for a single ticket is around 2 EUR, and the journey time is 20 minutes. Trains run from Dresden to Weinboehla station. Taxis to the hotel cost approximately 25 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around.
There is a comprehensive transportation service with trains, trams and buses running throughout the region. Ferries run along the river Elbe, and a funicular railway runs between Loschwitz, the Weisser Hirsch, and Oberloschwitz.
Driving directions. From Dresden Airport: Take exit A13 and turn left towards Weinboehla on highway S81.
In the village Auer, turn left at the traffic lights towards Weinboehla/Meissen. Just after the entrance to Weinboehla village, turn right into Forststrasse and continue 700 metres to the hotel.
