Getting there.
The OrlyVal bus service runs to Anthony from which visitors should take the RER local line B train towards Charles De Gaulle Airport and change at Notre Dame. From here, take Metro line C towards Pontoise or Versailles-Rive Gauche/St Quentin-en-Yvelines and alight at Musee D'Orsay Metro station.
Getting around. Paris is easy to explore on foot, and there is a reliable, cheap metro (underground), which runs throughout the city and the suburbs. Buses are a great way to see the city's sights. Tickets can be purchased from bus drivers or from the machines in metro stations. Regional RER trains run to destinations in the surrounding area. Taxis are available in the streets, but can be hard to find at busy times. Advance booking is recommended.
